In this system, measuring of line width and total dimension and AOI can be done as basic functions. And also, overlay display by reading of CAD data, automatic measuring by off-line teaching, automatic conversion of DXF data for measuring, software AOI, vectorization of image data, hardware AOI, laser etching, and repair are lined up as various optional functions, too.
@Furthermore, it's possible to set on desktop because of small and light
body. Moreover, if an environmental chamber is set as optional component,
it can be used at temperature control and clean booth environment, in office.
