Taiwan maker only exhibited perovskite solar cells

As above, Taiwan Perovskite Solar Corp (TSPC) only exhibited glass substrate device and flexible device as perovskite solar cell. Device structure is Meso-porous type using porous TiO2 and perovskite as light absorption layer. A4 size device was developed for the first time in Taiwan. And also, the company succeeded to develop a hybrid device with perovskite solar cell and E-paper.

Laminator for thin film solar cell can be used for perovskite solar cell

As regards equipment for perovskite solar cell, Kitagawa Seiki appealed a laminator as assembly system. In this system, a plastic film device is laminated on cover glass by annealing at 100 - 150 ℃ in 0.03 kPa pressure environment. Typical price of large substrate corresponding system such as 1000 × 2000 mm is approximate 45 million yen.

Non-contact and floating transfer system is effective for perovskite solar cell

On the other hand, Tanken Seal Seiko proposed an air bearing roll with porous carbon for transfer of plastic films inclusive of perovskite film, and also, exhibited non-contact and floating transfer system using this air bearing roll. In this system, films are transferred at contact-free by floating with 200 μm air gap. For this reason, blem and crinkle are not generated. By the way, the company supplies air bearing roll against transfer system maker and optical film maker.
