Showa Denko Materials transfers PCB Business

Sumitomo Chemical announced to build a new research facility at its Chiba site (Sodegaura City, Chiba, Japan), which will serve as iShowa Denko Materials announced on June 2, 2021, it entered into an agreement to transfer the printed wiring board business operated by Showa Denko Materials and its consolidated subsidiaries, namely, Showa Denko Materials Electronics (SDME), Yamagishi AIC (YGA), and Showa Denko Materials (Singapore)(SDMS), by Showa Denko Materials to PTCJ-S Holdings, a special purpose company set up by Polaris Capital Group (Polaris).

Sumitomo Chemical to Build New Research Facility in Chiba

Sumitomo Chemical announced to build a new research facility at its Chiba site (Sodegaura City, Chiba, Japan), which will serve as its center for the development of innovative materials and new technologies for reducing environmental impact. The facility is scheduled to come into operation in March 2024.
