Stella Corporation has run a booth at 37th NEPCON JAPAN, which was held
in Tokyo Big Sight at January 25-27th, 2023.

Real machines of reasonable measuring and AOI System "BV2030"
and defect repair system "Manipulator" were exhibited. And also,
AOI system for screen mask, CAD/CAM system "Fine Vision for JAVA/Router
Vision for JAVA", and the next generation etching simulator were introduced
by the panel exhibit.
